OMNI Money is an Account Information Service Provider (AISP). Our service is provided at www.omnimoney.io. It allows you to see all of your online banking accounts and other assets and liabilities in one place and analyses your account information and transactions to help you track your financial health, which we refer to in this policy as our “service or “services”.

When we refer to our trading name “OMNI Money” or “we, “us” or “our” in this policy, we are referring to OMNI Money Solutions Limited. We are the data controller in relation to the personal data you provide to us, which means we determine the purposes and the way in which your personal data is, or will be, processed.  

The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:
  • Registration Information
    To register to use our service you will have to supply us with your email address, UK postcode, date of birth and debit or credit card to pay for the monthly subscription. Registration information also includes the credentials you share with us to allow us to access your Account Information.
  • Additional Personal Information
    You may choose to submit additional personal information when you register for the service, for example your name and your preferred pronoun.
  • Account and Transactional Information
    When you ‘Add Accounts’ to our service, we may access, store and process your Account Information held by your account provider. Account Information includes your account details, transaction information, account features and terms and regular payments.
  • User Testimonials
    This could include your name, social media handle and any testimonial, review, or other comment on our service that you provide to us.
  • Financial Services Records
    This is record-keeping information which we collect in order to meet our regulatory and statutory duties.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
  • For us to open an account on our service in your name.
  • To provide you with your personal financial information as part of our service.
  • For minimal marketing purposes, such as to state how many users we have.

We keep your personal information, including the financial information you provide us, until the contract between us is terminated. We will then dispose your information by erasure immediately after the request or termination has been approved.
